Daniel Bonano, age 28 mugshotVolusia County, Deltona, FL – On May 10, a man who was arrested for peeping into a womans room on November 26, was arrested again for the same crime.

Arrest reports show a call came into 911 about a man, being spotted by the home owner, trying to keep from being seen in his yard. When the deputy arrived, he shined a spotlight where he was hiding and the man took off. After a few fences being jumped over, the deputy brought the man to the ground.

While on the ground, the man started crying saying, “I want to die! Please shoot me!”

After the deputy calmed the man down and assured he wasn’t going to shoot him, the deputy was able to find out why he wanted to be shot.

Daniel Bonano, age 28, told the officer he was arrested for the same thing this past November and didn’t want to go back to jail.

During the investigation, they found Bonano’s footprints outside the window of an 18 year old girl and a camera phone that was filled with pictures.

Daniel Bonano was arrested and charged with resisting an officer without violence, two counts of loitering or prowling, and voyeurism.

The arrest from November, according to the arrest report, stated Bonano was arrested around 3 a.m. while fondling himself watching a woman through a window.
